Ready for a Trip

I got a very cool invite from my drumming friend Amelia today...
To go to the Disney Music Hall and check out some "far=out" music.
I love learning about physics, cosmology, etc...
And this music is avante garde... some Left Coast original... mind trippin' "sound physics" in action!

This group is a couple of the people that will be there on the Nov 21st show...
Making music that "will move the waves that form the structure of the Hall"
Stay tuned for where this journey shall take us...

Very Creative

This is like that old show, Hollywood Squares... multipled.
I used to think that show was sooo boring, probably because I was so young and the "celebrities" were old haha
Enjoy!!

Be Brave, Be True to Yourself, Be a Warrior...

This song reminds me of the one called King without a Crown... the namesake of my other blog
The visuals are a little disturbing... eating disorders, alcohol abuse cutting, etc...
I guess there are many ways we harm ourselves and limit our potential. "Pick your poison" or rise above it all!!

Remember! You have assistance... Free Will Choice though requires you to accept the help. Reach for it!
The Light will ALWAYS triumph over the darkness.
The Lord is a Warrior How fights with All of His Might!!
"Whyyyy....Yoooooo!!"

My Hole adult Life

Haha...
I admit I didn't know this technique & I eat a lot of these creamey treats :-)
There is always a new way to do things, so keep an open mind.
And it doesn't matter at which age you learned it, only that you now know!

Dancin' Fool

Ohhh Yeahhh... says mom haha.
Yo gotta love it when someoone is so into their thing that they can throw themselves down on the floor and bounce back with more vengence, LOL :-)

This kid had ME rollin'!!
Not sure where he got those moves and eye gestures, but it will be fun to see where he goes from here.
You know you've thrown down some crazy moves in your day... just that it never got captured on video! heehee :-P
Kudos that are willing to bare it all!!

Beat on it!

I've gotten into playing drums... djembe and the duns.
Its quite a rush to create sound, especially with others!!
The teacher, Melinda has asked Albert and I to accompany her for a couple shows :-)
Of course I said yes, now that I teach on a regular basis... I feel i can handle any stage - hahaha.

The belly dancer (teacher at the SRC) did some dancing one night that we played by the RockWall.
It was fun to watch her shake and glide , while we set the tone.
Kinda got distracting see her get into extremely provocative backbends :-)
Said I would go to her class and play next week... gotta get some Arabic beats down...
Check this guy out...

This is a different style of drum... but the djembe can hang

Indigenous

I always wanted to build an igloo and live in the snow...
Snow mustaches and clothes made from the animals I killed to eat & feed my family.
Living on the edge with loved ones meant for surviving this place.
Though there are lots of smiles, it would be tough by the standards i've come to appreciate...
But Love of those close must make it all tolerable...

i remember making daisychains... hated when the paste dried and broke them apart.
Mom was good at taping them since i put so much work into it...
I was always looking to break "world records" in length, with no one color touching another in the link, hahaha.
It did look tacky on our Christmas tree one year, but I'd do it all again.
